Work can be wonderfully stimulating and rewarding; but, it can also be frustrating, stressful and even demoralising at times. We can however find ways to have fun and enjoy our work more, whatever job we are in. In this webinar Kathryn shares the three foundational principles of her ‘Practical Approach to Happiness at Work’ – principles that you can begin to implement immediately, in a variety of work situations, for positive results. Dr Kathryn Owler has dedicated the last 10 years to finding ways to experience fun, joy and happiness at work, carrying out academic research on the topic but also by learning hands-on through her own tussles with work-life. She is the currently the director of The Happiness at Work Coach.
