Creating a connection between movement, mind and breath, this class will focus on bringing somatic movement to the practice of Hatha Yoga, making the body feel at ease with a greater connection to yourself. There will be an emphasis on the breath and its partnership with balancing the energies of body and mind. This class is suitable for all abilities.
