Robin Wilson and Leonie Wallwork will share their journey that led them to establishing their business, Workplace Wellness, along with their passion for driving meaningful change in modern day workplaces, so people can be Well@Work and thrive, not simply survive. They will share tips to help master stress and overwhelm at work or in your business, and to navigate stormy seas or chart a different course to find calmer waters.
In this workshop they will introduce and cover the seven components of Resilience@Work. They will ask what does Wellness and Wellbeing mean to you? How do you, or would like to, ‘live it’ each day. They aim to increase your capacity to manage everyday stress of work and remain healthy, adapt and learn from unexpected setbacks and proactively prepare for future challenges.
