In light of the worldwide call for ‘social distancing’ to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, Meditation New Zealand (NZSM) will be postponing our public gatherings and classes until further notice in order to protect the health and safety of everyone who attends our programs.
However, to help everyone thru these difficult times, we will be live streaming our programs online.
Please check our website and Facebook pages for live feeds to classes and other ways you can continue to enjoy the benefits of meditation and a yoga lifestyle. Please share with your friends and anyone else you feel would appreciate this opportunity.
