A journey into self-leadership and creative potential

A curious and gentle process of discovery that reconnects you to your creativity without pressure, judgement or doubt.

Using paint, paper and brushes to invite you to recognise the impulses that come from you in the moment … not to judge them … not to negate them … but to welcome them and allow them to emerge in the moment.

You don’t need painting skills, but you do need a willingness to:
- slow down, take your time, and be present
- listen for and recognise your impulses
- be playful and curious about your experience

This weekend is for creatives, entrepreneurs and business owners who:
- sense there is some potential to break through to
- want to develop or return to their creative potential
- are looking for an engaging way to overcome creative blocks

It takes place in a safe, non-judgemental environment free from comparison or critique -where all participants agree to respect the inner potential of the painter over their painting.

With that in mind:
- facilitators support participant’s curiosity, as opposed to evaluating painting
- participants do not comment on another’s painting to avoid distracting them
- painters practice accessing presence, acceptance, and openness to emerging insights

The time, space and facilitation during workshops provide opportunities for:
- acknowledging the many elements of our human experience - emotion, sensation, movement, meaning, and thought
- facing obstacles that block creativity whilst only risking paint and paper
- seeing your creativity emerge in the form of colours, marks, shapes, textures, and symbols

By the end of this workshop you will be able to:
- acknowledge yourself as an innately creative person
- apply this method of exploring and develop your creativity
- experience your creativity emerging
- respect your own creative potential
- understand how to face, work with, and break through creative blocks

“Perhaps the biggest ask of all is to respect your own potential.” - Stuart Cubley
