Seafood subs and sliders are a smaller and tasty version of a larger meal and have had a rise in popularity and are fast becoming a trendy option. In tonight’s class you will make a fish slider recipe and submarine sandwich known as a sub, hoagie or hero filled with delicious seafood.
In tonight's class make cajun spiced fish sliders with gherkin relish, hot sauce and heirloom tomatoes, followed by lobster and prawn seafood sub with proper crisps.
