Are you wanting to explore more about Meditation and or Chakras? Or maybe you just need take some time each week to get out and relax!
Each week we will cover one chakra, starting from the Base chakra and working our way up the body to the Crown. Chatting about them and the effects they can have with our physical & emotional body when out of balance.
With each chakra we will chat a bit about an essential oil to use with that chakra, you will also be given a sample to try during the session (and of course take home with you!).
We will talk about the affirmation that resonates with that charka and create our own individual affirmation to use at the start and end of our meditation. This is something you can then take with you and do at home each day. Affirmations can be as long or as short as you want them to be and as you say them in your head to yourself they can really express your truth without the fear of others hearing your affirmation. The mind is a powerful tool, this is one way we can really take some power back over our mind.
We will end each session with a meditation, solely for balancing the chakra we have been talking about, these are meditations I have created. Each week the meditations are in a different format, this is so you can get an idea of the different types of meditation. Some have more breath work, others more visualization. I hope that by doing this you will find a style that suits and connects with you. You do not need to be a master in meditation to reap the benefits, all my meditations are guided so you simply relax and follow my voice.
