Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.
With chef Tim Gasson, this workshop is available either Saturday 28 March 2020 AM - 12 PM or Saturday 22 August 2020 9 AM - 12 PM.
Bring your own cake base and come and learn the basics of decorating.
Techniques covered include: how to colour icing, basic piping skills, how to roll fondant and cover your cakes, and how to make and work with royal and butter icing. A dummy cake will be provided if you do not wish to bring a ready made cake base to the workshop.
Course fee includes ingredients of $20.00.
