Join us for Boomrock’s annual Champagne Lunch December 10th.
Arrive at the Lodge and be greeted with a glass of Mumm, freshly shucked oysters and picturesque views across to the South Island. We will be welcoming Champagne Ambassador Remy Jaboulet who arrives with a sword in hand, to instruct you in the art of Sabrage.
Be seated to a delicious three-course lunch prepared with fresh local ingredients, crafted by Resident Chef Warren Maddox. Each course will be paired with Champagne and will be introduced by Remy.
