A gentle introduction to a variety of Middle Eastern and modern fusion dance styles and music. You do not have to show your belly!

Benefits of dancing include:

- Better coordination, agility and flexibility.

Wear something comfy, leggings and t-shirt are ideal.
Bring your water bottle and a towel or yoga mat for the cool down.
