Aerial Hoop is a aerial fitness class, its a fun and challenging apparatus typically seen in circus.
Within this course you will learn the fundamental tricks, poses as well as how to enter and dismount the hoop safely. Designed for absolute beginners, we will focus on strengthening and conditioning for aerial hoop, designed to develop strong upper body, back and core muscles and body awareness.
Suitable for beginners, we do recommend sufficient upper body strength to hold full body weight for attending this course.
What to wear: Leggings, long sleeves and socks.
Course runs same day and time for 6 consecutive weeks.
