The course is 8 sessions run over 8 weeks- from 6.30-8.30 pm, starting Wednesday 22nd July to Wednesday 9th September. Each 2 hr session will include a presentation as well as mindfulness exercises and practices. I also include some mindfulness-based "brain hacks" I have learnt from 30 years as a counsellor to help with sleep, deal with emotions, anxiety and depression symptoms, stress, worry and dealing with life's "difficult people". Participants will be encouraged to practice mindfulness exercises during the week to build on the skills learnt during sessions. Limited spaces are available as I keep the group small.
