Yoga alignment provides a comprehensive set of yoga practices,
meditation and breathing techniques during a six-week plan as the first step towards finding a well-centered body.
The course focuses on:
- Joint mobility exercises
- Immunity boosting poses
- Postural & mental alignment
- Mindfulness practices
Here is our timetable for online and studio classes during the course:
Sat 8:30-9:30 am - Studio at Avonhead
Mon 7-8 pm - online (live webcasting)
Wed 7:15-8:00 am - online (live webcasting)
Fri 7:15-8:00 am - online (live webcasting)
Course fee: $75 for unlimited attendance in all weekly classes for 6 weeks.

The course also offers a free pre-assessment session to review movement, balance & postural alignment of your body & provide you with more personalised practices.
You will be given a password to be able to watch the live streaming through our channel.
Everyday session includes a unique set of practice, so you can join any sessions you want. The course fee will be calculated from the first session that you participate onward.
