The regular practice of yoga brings immense benefits to body and mind by integrating and harmonising the two.
Yoga practice increases vitality and strength, improves breathing, posture, balance, coordination, flexibility and muscle tone. The mind will become light, creative, joyful and balanced. This helps reduce tension and anxiety as well as improving sleep.
Classes follow school terms.
