Join me for hatha yoga sessions to balance, restore and energise as we move into spring, held in a beautiful room overlooking the mountains, in a peaceful setting. Sessions are small and friendly with a meditative quality, and include postures, breathing practices, and guided relaxations to support and nourish your body and mind.
Drop-in sessions which are suitable for all abilities - beginners welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat and blanket.
