Come into a warm, inviting environment, where we assist each other to achieve our wellbeing goals.

Beginners are welcome.

This class is aimed at building strength and flexibility in your body and mind. It strikes a balance between flowing movements and longer held poses, leaving you feeling Revitalised, for the rest of your day. This class is suitable for people of all levels, including beginners.

Note: Free week - for new students who live local to Porirua.
