This retreat is run by David Moore, director of the School for F.M. Alexander Studies in Melbourne. The school runs a three year full time professional training for Alexander Technique teachers.
This will be an intensive hands-on retreat looking at the application of the Alexander Technique to yoga practice. The approach taken in the workshop is outlined in David's book Smart Yoga: Apply the Alexander Technique to Enhance Your Practice, Prevent Injury and Increase Body Awareness".
The workshop begins on Tuesday 24th September with evening dinner at 5pm and ends on Monday 30th September after lunch which will be at noon.
The daily program will include:
Group Yoga classes
Group Alexander technique class
Private lessons (each participant will get 2 x 30 minute lessons)

- 11.15 - 12,45 - Private lessons or free time

- 3.00 - 4.30pm - Private lessons or free time
- 4.30 - 5.30pm - Yoga
- 6 - 7.30 - Dinner
