All are welcome at the Christchurch Vegan Society's fundraising banquet on Saturday, July 27 at 6.30pm.
Shree Jagannath Restaurant is one of Christchurch’s newest vegetarian/vegan restaurants and they've planned a special three course menu for us. There is something for everyone with your choice of mains and desserts, and gluten free diners catered for.

Mixed Platter including samosa, potato pakora, tofu & spinach puff served with tamarin sauce &
All the entrées will be served with three mixed salad
Main Course (choose one):
Rice, dhal soup , potato & cauliflower curry and tofu stir fry, deep fried bread.
Masala dosa served with two idli & madhu vada (South Indian dishes) served with sambar & chutney.
Tofu steak served with hot salsa sauce and served with rice & green sautéed vegetables.
Please note all the main dishes will be served with roasted vegetables.
Dessert (choose one):
Option 1 Vegan semolina halwa with raisins
Option 2 Blueberry vanilla cheesecake
Option 3 Berry cheesecake
Note: Most of the dishes are gluten free with the exceptions of halwa and deep fried bread.
