Music For The People is proud to announce the inaugural Through The Valley Festival, Saturday 20th April 2019 (Easter Weekend) at Cargo Brewery, Waitiri Creek, Gibbston Valley, Queenstown.
This one-day boutique festival features a brilliant musical lineup of class Kiwi acts, headlined by the legendary Dave Dobbyn, in his only Otago show for summer 2019. Fly My Pretties, fronted by Barnaby Weir, will be performing their best-of hits. Weir has assembled an all-star cast of New Zealand’s most experienced musicians and vocalists to showcase their signature sound of folk, roots, soul and rock.
Rounding out the lineup are up and coming South Island acts Rhythmonyx and The Butlers, along with local legend, DJ FOZ. Set in the stunning Gibbston Valley at Cargo Brewery, Waitiri Creek - just 20 minutes from Queenstown - Through The Valley Festival will feature a top of the line sound system and guests will be able to enjoy a full range of amenities, including a selection of food vendors and craft beer from the host brewery.
This day-long festival will feature a VIP area, as well as a dedicated kids zone for the littlest groovers. Children aged 11 years and under are free, when pre-registered with a parent or legal guardian.
VIP tickets include reserved seating, the best view of the stage and a food and drinks package.
Gates will open at 11.00am, with live acts from 12.00pm – 7.00pm.
Parking is available at the venue and return busses to the event will depart from Queenstown Central, Arrowtown, Wanaka and Cromwell.

Presale tickets start from $59 (plus booking fee) and are strictly limited. General Admission tickets are $89 (plus booking fee) and VIP tickets are $270 (plus booking fee) and will be available online.
