The Herbal Chef says: Please join us for an evening of the senses with Chef Chris Sayegh and Chef James Beck who will be collaborating to talk about the topic that is on everyones mind: Cannabis. Sayegh will be presenting at this years NZ Hospitality Conference and is excited to share the mission of de-stigmatizing plant medicine through food. The Chef's will be putting on a 6 course tasting menu with wine pairings available. The dishes will be representative of Chef Sayegh's work in California, while staying true to sustainability and utilizing the in season produce from NZ.
Can't wait to bring Chris Sayegh AKA The Herbal Chef to Bistronomy for one night only this October. Based in L.A. Chris has a huge international following and has cooked his food throughout Europe and the America's. This is Chris' only NZ dinner.
He cooks cannabis infused food and share's it's health and flavour benefits with his appreciative audience.
Of course due to NZ law we won't be serving actual cannabis on the night. Chris will instead be concentrating on cannabis terpenes (essential aromatic oils) that are legal here.
It's going to be a great evening with some incredible modern techniques.
