After sold out events in Wellington, New Plymouth & Palmerston North, The Balance Project is finally coming to Auckland! Join Justine from My Balance Project and our special guest speaker Caralee Fontenele straight from the Gold Coast for a conversation about women’s wellness, self love & balance. This event will inspire you and help to kick start your own self love & wellness journey.
Just announced! Meg from the morning show at The Edge will join us as the 3rd speaker!
Justine is a mother, wife, professional & small business owner. After reaching rock bottom in her wellness and headspace in April 2017, Justine started to change her relationship with food and herself, and has lost 30kgs by adopting a sustainable, balanced approach to eating. Along the way she has learned to love & accept herself. Justine will be speaking about her life-changing journey, nutrition, creating balance, confidence and the art of being kind to yourself.
Caralee is based on the Gold Coast and will be jetting over to Auckland for this event! Several years ago Caralee decided to make the change to eating less processed foods and made a Real Food Pledge, which later became the title of her first cookbook. She followed up 2 yrs later with Real Food Everyday, an incredible cookbook filled with real food recipes that are simple and delicious. She will share her story with us and talk about how she made a significant impact to her health and the health of her family.
Major bonus, you will receive a copy of Real Food Pledge in your goodie bag!
Following our speaker conversation, don’t leave! We invite you to stay & relax for an hour to enjoy each other’s company, graze beautiful & nutritious food and sip some wine & kombucha. Cash bar also available next door at Pocket Bar.
Guests will take home a fab goodie bag including Caralee’s book Real Food Pledge plus items from our sponsors Hello Raw, Tailor Skincare, Pics Peanut Butter, Be Nourished, Good Buzz Kombucha and more.
