An afternoon of rest and relaxation with Swami Mukti and Jo (Mahadevi) with Yoga Nidra and Restorative Yoga.
The afternoon begins with the theory behind Yoga Nidra and its benefits, followed by 90 minutes of restorative yoga - a gentle restorative practice using bolsters, straps and blocks to allow you to sink and relax deeper into your poses.
Anyone can do Restorative yoga. Followed by a beautiful 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice led by Swami Mukti. Rest more efficiently and recharge every cell of your body with Yoga Nidra, the conscious sleep. Practising Yoga Nidra for 30min is equivalent to two hours of deep sleep which leaves you feeling deeply refreshed. Ahhhh, bliss, perfect bliss.
