The 2019 NZ Emerging Leaders Programme

A 4-day programme designed to turn star performers into highly effective leaders.

An in-house version of this programme is available to organisations in New Zealand.

The 2019 Emerging Leaders Programme speeds this time-consuming process by equipping up-and-coming managers with a broader understanding of the global marketplace and a more integrated view of the organisation. Participants will emerge from this programme with the leadership confidence, cross-functional skills, and strategic insights to drive meaningful change, innovation, and growth in any economic climate.

A customised in-house version of this programme is available.

Target audience:
Aspiring or new Leaders. Typically new Leaders have been in their Management role no longer than 18 months.

Content:
Day 1: Introduction To Leadership
Covering the differences between Management & Leadership & why your job title doesn’t matter if you want to lead.
Day 2: A Leaders Mindset
How to get rid of self-doubt, improve motivation, focus & discipline. Learn how to coach yourself to success.
Day 3: Leading Sideways - Leading Upwards
This day looks at influencing & persuasion techniques. How to make an impact in an organisation regardless of your role.
Module 4: How To Create & Lead Highly Effective Teams
The final day looks at the ingredients of world-class teams, how to create a vision, a culture & environment that motivates & inspires people.
