Is food getting the better of you? Do you know what to eat to be healthy but can't stick to a plan?
In order to be able to make changes and stick to them, we need to take a step back and explore why we eat and what influences our food choices in any given moment. I invite you to come along and learn more about our reasons for eating and the choices that we make around food.
At the end of this presentation you will have more idea about the biological, chemical and psychological processes and hungers that drive our choices, and the role that the food industry and food marketing play in influencing us. I will also share some strategies to enable you to make more conscious food choices.
I have been an educator and coach for many years and am passionate about health and wellness. This evening will be fun and playful, as well as being content-packed and informative.
