Tai Chi and Qi Gong are meditation in motion and beneficial for your health, balance and concentration.
Instruction is given in 12 Yang-style forms and 18 Qi Gong health exercises and you will be able to perform these forms with confidence. You'll also gain a good understanding of the martial applications and health benefits involved.
By the end of the course, you'll have had an introduction to this martial art and will:
- Be able to demonstrate the Yang-style forms
- Have enhanced suppleness
- Have better balance • Have better concentration
- Have practised Qi Gong exercises for enhanced blood circulation and energy
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
