Longer days, warmer temperatures, plants and sprouts are growing - spring is here! We witness how nature starts to wake up and revives - just as much as we do.
There's a release, an awakening and an expansion as we move on from the cold contraction of winter. We greet this energetic new season with an invitation to shift from the darkness into renewing light and freshness.
In spring we are met with an opportunity for movement and change, it invites us to step forwards, outwards and to expand. Let's welcome this abundant space, warmth and vibrancy, opening movement and possibility!
