Spend a relaxed evening learning about the craft of smoking and barbequeing meats, brining cucumbers and seasoning fish.

Head chef Tim Tracey will be serving up five-courses as you get a behind the scenes look at what goes into preparing and cooking Pickle & Pie’s deli meats and pickles, and chat with the chefs.

Beers by Garage Project and Wellington region wines are matched with each course.
