Take a guided tour through Simunovich Olive Estate (the home of Bracu) through a breathtaking 30,000 olive trees, you will discover the varieties, methods and process involved in creating award winning extra virgin olive oil. After the harvest, enjoy a decadent three course meal prepared by Bracu head chef Logan Clark, whose contemporary dishes demonstrate an exquisite “estate-to-plate” dining experience.
