In this special hands-on class just for teens (ages 12-17), our Italian Chef Nicla (who opened her first restaurant at age 25! in Liguria) will walk teens step by step through techniques for making fresh pasta from scratch. Your budding chef will enjoy learning to mix, roll, cut and cook her/his own homemade noodles. You’ll learn secrets for making two quick and easy sauces from scratch. At the end of the class, sit down with the Chef and enjoy your fresh pasta for lunch!
In this 3-hour hands-on class, your teen will work in a small group to make a vegetarian type of filled pasta: tortellini with Ricotta and spinach filling in a tomato and basil sauce.
