An Ancient beautiful gentle practice of mindfulness, movement and the breath. Restoring the Rhythms of health and wellbeing.

Held at the Howick Leisure Center and just $10 a class cash door sales. Drop in and give it a go.

Transform the energy of your body, emotions and mind. A great practice for those challenged by stress, depression, anxiety or physical challenges. Relax into the flow, find the power of your center. Let go of the things that are not serving you.
