Introduction to Kriya Yoga.
Brought to the West by Paramahamsa Yogananda (“Autobiography of a Yogi”), Kriya Yoga is an ancient and scientific system of meditation. Regular practice of Kriya Yoga leads to improved health, increased inner strength and greater peace of mind. It also deepens one's spiritual awareness; preparing one for Self-Realisation—the ultimate goal of life.
We are delighted to have Swami Gurupriyananada Giri visiting Auckland in October 2019. Swami Gurupriyananadaji will give a talk on the benefits of Kriya Yoga and leading spiritual life in this modern time.
