'The purpose of this 8 week evening course is an initiation to Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana and Dhyana through theory and practice. It also includes the teaching of the Bandhas, or contractions, which allow deep relaxation of the rest of the body, and are performed during Pranayama practice.
This course is open to Yoga and Chi Kung practitioners who have already developed a sense of inner work in the body. Limited to 10 participants'
