We are delighted to welcome back to New Zealand, Peter Wills from Kilchoman Distillery on Islay. He will be heading to Auckland this month for his inaugural 'Pete meats Peat' tasting, matching up the iconic smoky style of Kilchoman whisky to different meaty morsels.
He's packed his bags full of some exciting new releases for you to try (you'll be amongst the first in New Zealand to sample them!) along with some of our favourite Kilchoman classics. The talented team at Apero Food & Wine will be dishing up a deliciously meaty four course menu to match with each of Peter's whisky selections. This also includes a welcome dram and canapes along with two glasses of New Zealand wine chosen by Mo himself.
