Paying deliberate attention to food – what we eat, how it is produced and distributed – raises multiple concerns about health, equity, environment and culture. In this presentation Dr Sean Connelly uses a diversity of initiatives and examples to illustrate the potential and the challenge of using concerns about our food system as a catalyst for sustainability.
