A hands-on Middle Eastern cooking class that celebrates delicious vegetarian recipes from Israeli-British Chef Yotam Ottolenghi’s new cookbook SIMPLE. This class will be hosted by Chef, culinary historian and Ottolenghi enthusiast, Dr. Wendy Nolan Joyce from Savour (www.savour.org.nz). During the class you will make a selection of at least 10 dishes to create a Middle Eastern feast (dips, flatbreads, raw and cooked vegetable dishes, a rice pilaf, and a sweet). When you've finished cooking we will all sit down for a relaxed feast-style dinner together with the chef.
