Continue with Theda of white bear wellbeing, leading you through the preparation of two all-natural remedies, incorporating native plants and essential oils.

Energy Medicine Yoga is the devotion of yoga:
Energy Medicine Yoga is a practice to balance the body through eight energy centres. Once the body is in balance, it is able to heal itself.
Our body has many energy systems. By practising traditional yoga, we are hopefully connecting to at least one (the chakras).
This quick simple session will give you an understanding whilst providing you with some techniques you can add to your own practice. Whether at home or during your regular class practice.

Native Plant Remedies for natural healing:
Our native plants can bring us nourishment and healing through their potent medicinal properties.
In this workshop you will learn to identify a number of native plants, and their healing properties.
Enjoy a warming winter elixir and nourishing morning tea before we prepare two remedies with all-natural ingredients, including native plants and therapeutic grade essential oils;
First Aid balm and
Warming chest rub oil.
You will also prepare a Personalised essential oil blend for a toxin-free perfume.
Take these home, along with recipes and notes on the medicinal uses of a number of native plants and essential oils to continue on your journey of learning and natural healing for yourself and your loved ones.
