MOMM have teamed up with the amazing Julie Hazelhurst from Monday's Wholefoods & The Ivy Studio to create a Mums & bubs/any aged child Mindfulness Yoga session.
Julie is a Mum herself totally understands the need for a space and time out for Mums, alongside being a beautiful yoga instructor. It's an amazing time to reconnect with your breath, fill your cup with a mindfulness focus & role model to bub putting yourself first for an hour.
After Yoga we head downstairs to Monday's wholefoods for a coffee, delicious smoothie or treats with like-minded Mums.
