Learn from experienced meditators who can help you establish a regular practice. Hear some Buddhist ideas, linking meditation to your everyday life.

Our six-week course provides instruction in Buddhist meditation including body awareness, mindfulness of the breath and cultivating kindness towards ourselves and others. Together these practices help develop relaxed awareness, clarity and compassion.

Learn how to sit comfortably in meditation and be supported in establishing a daily practice at home.
Each week we will introduce you to some basic principles that will help you understand what Buddhism is about.
