Everyone is welcome to join our classes or workshops. No previous experience is required, there is no need to wear special clothing, and most people meditate on chairs (sitting on a cushion is optional).
The way in which we present meditation and Buddhist mindfulness is accessible to everyone. We offer practical advice as well as methods and techniques that can easily be integrated into daily life. We are here to help you.
Classes run in a series and are also self-contained, so you can attend a whole series or an individual class.
