How Do We Live an Optimal Human Life?
Ayurveda and Yoga are inseparable sister sciences that merge seamlessly to find answers to this age-old question. Ayurveda is India’s 5,000 year old health care philosophy. At its very core it teaches us to live in accordance with Nature’s rhythms, for this is the key to aging gracefully.
Our sessions will integrate basic Ayurveda theory with Hatha Yoga, meditation, mantra and Yoga Nidra.
The intention is to create a comprehensive, nourishing and challenging yoga practice for all levels while providing you with practical and accessible tools to accelerate your wellness path through Ayurveda.
Each session will open with a vibrant lecture on an aspect of Ayurveda followed by a yoga practice that embodies our lesson.

- The History and Purpose of Ayurveda
- How to work with the 5 elements (Space, Air, Water, Fire, Earth) to diagnose and treat imbalances.
- Dinacharaya: Simple daily routines that will boost your longevity and wellbeing
- How to become your own best self-care giver
