Come and join us Monday nights 6:30-7:30pm for some laughter and fun and a way to reduce stress at 21 Tawai Street, Upper Hutt - just a gold coin donation towards the room hire (for adults).
This is not like ordinary yoga so no yoga poses, it's childlike playfulness and yogic breathing to create so many benefits such as releasing endorphins and serotonin to make you feel better; reduce session and strengthen the immune system; raise energy levels; improve circulation; support good mental health; provide a coping mechanism through challenges and improve concentration and creativity.
