Field & Green, winner of 2018’s Best Festival Dish award at Wellington on a Plate, present this unmatched seven course degustation. The meal is based around the Feast of Seven Fishes, a modern day celebration that emerged out of pagan winter solstice traditions in Roman times.

A new take on New Zealand’s iconic chocolate fish, designed, handcrafted and prepared individually by Laura Greenfield.
