A series of evenings to support mens health, well being, strength & vitality.
An experiential men's gathering - grounding, sharing mens stuff, drumming, movement, breath work and exploring simple Kundalini Yoga exercises for health and well being, bringing our focus to the power centre, the root and lower triangle chakras, and the holistic balancing of the energies and systems of the entire body - ending with a short meditation to support our strength, vitality and mindfulness.
