For the new season of 28DTC, we offer HIIT sessions per week in different outdoor parks in Christchurch on every Saturday from 16/2/2019 ~ 16/3/2019!
*Notes: The venue for 16/2 & 16/3 will be the Opening & Closing Ceremony of 28 Days Transformation Challenge at Halswell Centre (341 Halswell Rd, Halswell, Christchurch 8025, New Zealand), you're welcome to join should you are interested to find out more.**

Our 28DTC team is committed to delivering innovative, fun, challenge and rewarding physical training at every session. We are totally committed to the fitness, health and well being of our clients and participants in the 28-day challenge.
- 10 minutes of warm-up, Cool down & Stretching, 45 minutes of exercises, High-Intensity Interval Training & Cardio burst workout, friendly environment & networking, like-minded people together in a fun, All fitness levels are welcome. Bring a friend or two. Kids welcome.
HIIT workout session time: 2:00pm - 3:00pm (Prepare to arrive 10 minutes early).
What can I bring into the event?
Your own mat, yoga mat or beach towel/water bottle, post-workout drinks.
Inclement weather policy:
As an outdoor event 28DTC is subject to prevailing weather conditions. We will only cancel the workout session if the weather is dangerous – ie Hot 38 + degree summer days or if the weather is particularly dangerous ie thunder, lighting or extreme winds.
You will be notified via text message and email approximately 1-2 hours prior to the session only if the session can no longer go ahead. *Sorry a bit of rain, breeze and cold does not qualify as dangerous in our situation. *If you want to check out the weather please go to MetService NZ.
Exercise is not without its risks, and this or any other exercise program may result in injury. They include but are not limited to: risk of injury, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, or adverse effect of over-exertion such as muscle strain, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, disorders of heartbeat, and very rare instances of heart attack.

28DTC Christchurch are a group of HIIT Enthusiasts, as there is currently no certified Personal Trainer at the moment, 28DTC disclaims any liability from and in connection to these HIIT Workouts.
As with any exercise program, if at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop immediately and consult a physician.
