Nurture and support your overall wellbeing. Balance, restore and energise at Hatha yoga sessions held in a beautiful room in a peaceful setting each Thursday evening. Sessions are small and friendly, with a meditative quality, and include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), and guided relaxations. These are drop in sessions suitable for all abilities, with beginners welcome.
