Google Analytics is the industry standard for tracking, analysing, and reporting site data. Knowing how to use Google Analytics correctly will help you measure site traffic, SEO, engagement, ad revenue, and even ROI on social media.

Google Analytics Introduction – Settings and basic setup.

- Acquisition – Where did they come from.
- Behaviour – What are they doing on the website.
- Audience – Who are these people.
- Conversion – Why do we care.
- Actionable Insights - Targets, KPI’s and Dashboarding.
- Final Exercise and Q&A.

The course will include, examples, theory and exercises for you to work through in groups. Although, Google Analytics is the focus tool for this workshop we will also explore other complimentary tools such as Google Tag Manager, Hot Jar and Data Studio.
