Give Generation 612 Functional Fitness a go!
Included in the 3 for free:
- Access to 3 free 612 classes
- Guided classes covering all the fundamental skills needed for functional training
- Recovery – spa, sauna, yoga all instructed by a trained professional
- Small workout groups which allows instructor to view technique and critique.
- A fun and social way to keep fit!
These classes are suited for those that are new to functional fitness or who are coming back from a long break.
Classes are held on the following days:
Monday 11th February - 6.30pm
Wednesday 13th February - 6.30pm
Thursday 14th February - 6.30pm
Monday 18th February - 6.30pm
Wednesday 20th February - 6.30pm
Thursday 21st February - 6.30pm
Monday 25th February - 6.30pm
Wednesday 27th February - 6.30pm
Thursday 28th February - 6.30pm

We do require all participants to fill out a health and safety form.
Any medical issues, we must have a doctors clearance advising you are safe to attend our functional training classes.
