Flexi Barre is an exercise class combining yoga, pilates and ballet barre work in a jam packed hour!
Classes provide options for all levels, meaning you are in charge of how hard you work. You do not have to have any previous experience or be a dancer to attend these classes!
Tone, strengthen and lengthen your muscles while increasing flexibility in a fun, social class.
Two sessions on Mondays 5-6pm or 6-7pm in Rotorua.
There is also an advanced class available on a Wednesday evening 6.30-7.30pm.
