As our lives become more fast-paced and we find ourselves under greater pressure, our worries and fears are increasing while our inner peace is decreasing.
Our anxieties can jump from our work to our health, our finances or our reputation, and it may seem that there is no safeguard against this fear. Buddha taught that the real source of fear is our uncontrolled mind – so if we wish to be free from fear, we must learn to control our mind.
At this evening talk learn to overcome the inner causes of fear and begin a journey towards mental freedom. Discover simple, creative ways to respond to adversities that naturally give rise to a positive outlook and an inner resilience that cannot be shaken by the challenges that life brings.
