It’s about to heat up at Summer F.A.W.C! with two Head Chef heavyweights collaborating for a foraging feast.
Head Chef’s Sam Clark and Regnar Christensen (Executive Chef of the recently opened Grange in Takapuna, former Head Chef of Ortega Fish Shack in Wellington, and former Hawke’s Bay local) will be plating up a menu that showcases Regnar’s and Sam’s passion for local produce, hunting, fishing and foraging. They will be heading out into the wild to source the meat they will be serving up for the main course, and finishing up with dessert featuring fruit they have picked and preserved in Napier.
Ticket price includes canapes, breads, 3 course set menu and matching wines.
